Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned with original tags (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you need a different size (subject to availability).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
